How to Enable System Property 'jdk.tls.allowUnsafeServerCertChange' (Doc ID 2628055.1)

Goal

OSB business service fails intermittently while connecting to a third party service over HTTPS.


This a known issue that is resolved by setting the system property jdk.tls.allowUnsafeServerCertChange to true before JSSE is initialized.

Applying setting -Djdk.tls.allowUnsafeServerCertChange=true to both AdminServer and OSB managed servers as follows does not resolve the issue:

WebLogic Administration Console -> (server name) -> Server Start -> Arguments
