Error When Importing An Application Template Into ESSO Administrative Console (Doc ID 2630227.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On: Logon Manager

Error message appears when attempting to import an application template file into the ESSO Administrative Console. The template was exported from the ESSO Administrative Console into a file as a backup measure for preserving the template. 


ERROR

Import Failed - Noting is available to import



STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Open the ESSO Administrative Console.
  2. Export the desired application template to an .ini file.
  3. Attempt to import the application template file back into the ESSO Administrative Console.



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, ESSO Administrators cannot import application templates into the ESSO Administrative Console.
