Document Learning Issue After Upgrading To WebCenter Forms Recognition 12c (Doc ID 2631090.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from WFR 11.1.1.9.0 to 12.2.1.3.0, the basic functionality of WFR appears to be successful.  However, when attempting to utilize the "Train Documents" mode in Designer and click the "Learn Documents (lightbulb icon)" to relearn the documents for the project, there is no message or status window indicating whether this process was successful.

Changes

 This was an upgrade from WFR 11.1.1.9.0 to WFR 12.2.1.4.0.
