OUD 12c ( 12.2.1.4 ) : OUD SCIM Data Management API Create a User fails with "500 Internal Server Error" via Postman and OUD access log with "Error occured while processing HTTP Request" and LDAP Error 32 (Doc ID 2631295.1)

Symptoms

Have an OUD 12.2.1.4 environment set in postman and the REST DATA API's and REST ADMIN API's are working fine per below Oracle By Example link. When trying to create user/group using SCIM API's , it errors out as 500 Internal Server Error per below Postman screen shot.

When seen in OUD access logs, below error is seen. OUD SCIM API is picking up incorrect "dc=<SUFFIX>,dc=com" instead of configured OUD suffix "dc=<TEST_SUFFIX>,dc=com". 

The incorrect suffix "dc=<SUFFIX>,dc=com"  is the default suffix and somewhere hard coded or existing in some unknown config file while creating a User via Postman OUD SCIM Data Management API.

Provide a step by step test case
================================
1. OUD 12.2.1.4 environment was setup
2. Postman installed
3. All sections per the below article works, except SCIM Data Management --> Create a User

4. The issue was reproduced as below via Postman--> SCIM Data Management -->
Create User( POST) , referring above document.
