Can WL Deployment be set to Dynamically Include/Modify Content In Adf-config.xml (Doc ID 2631632.1)

Goal

Trying to automate deployment process of ADF application to weblogic server using command line, similar to how it is done using GUI FMW console.

Current deployment is done using FMW Console (/em) but wanting to automate it such that the deployment dynamic adjust to different environments for example: Development, Test, UA, Production

How can it be provided specific values used by ADF config for parameters like: Repository Name,Database Name and Partition name
