Goldengate Studio : Error GGSTU-60006 While Creating Golden Gate Instance (Doc ID 2632722.1)

Symptoms

Not able to create instance in Oracle golden gate  studio 12.2.1.4.0  due to below error. Agent port was given as 5555 while test connection to Goldengate in Studio. Upgraded to Agent Release Version: 12.2.1.2.190530 but still facing same error
GoldenGate Version (source and target both) : 19.1.0.0.2

Error:
Test Connection Failed:null
oracle.oggstudio.deploy.exception.ConnectionException: GGSTU-60006: Unable to connect to OGG Instance.
java.io.IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: <hostname>; nested exception is:
  java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect]
