CopyBinary.sh in 12.2.1.4.0 is Missing Directories and Files

Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, AS Cloning
When using copyBinary.sh script to copy the binaries from one 12.2.1.4.0 domain, it is found that some directories and files are not copied
in the archive created. In same 12.2.1.3.0 version it is noted that they are copied.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Changes
Starting with 12.2.1.4.0 the new cloning implementation is used and it is fully implemented in NextGen Installer.
This implementation clones whatever is defined in the metadata definition for the installed components.
The Coding bug identified a defect in the implementation whereby root-mappings for the directories under
the ORACLE_HOME were missing some of the installed and configured metatdata.
