Obtaining Critical Patch Update Requirements and Patches

Oracle currently delivers the latest Critical Patch Updates on a quarterly basis: January, April, July, and October of each year. You should continually install these updates to secure your installation. Look for the latest Security Advisory, and an associated Patch Availability Note for Server and Fusion Middleware Products, which will contain the latest patches to apply to your Oracle Application Server homes.

Your Beehive environment will have at least two (2) oracle homes, one for database and one for the beehive middle tier.  More advanced configurations may have more oracle homes.
