Oracle Access Manager Intermittent Error "The Page Isn't Working"

Clicking/Accessing around application which is protected using webgate intermittently displays error "The page isn't working"
- OAM is Clustered
- Issue only occurs when both Managed servers are up and running; issue does not reproduce when only one Managed server is running.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Going to application directly through one of the webserver which communicates to 1st OAM cluster with 2 managed servers
2. While clicking on application receiving "The page isn't working" intermittently
3. Itself it's reloading in a second and giving page back
