Symptoms

ISSUE:
- installed and setup the newest version of Oracle Internet Directory 12.2.1.4. After the setup , stopped all the components again and installed the newest PSUs. Patches 30689820 and 30761841.
After applying them both weblogic server wouldn't start anymore.
Rollback both patches and could start the weblogic server again.
Applied the PSU for weblogic only (30689820) and the weblogic server won't start anymore
