Symptoms

When attempting to test an Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Cloud Database data server in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) under the Oracle Database technology, the following error occurs:

java.sql.SQLException:IOError:Received fatal alert: handshake_failure,connect lapse 26ms.,., Authentication lapse 0 ms.
