AdminServer and Managed Server Memory Increase Every Hour (Doc ID 2634513.1)

AdminServer memory increases every hour. Managed servers also increase memory but it is less than AdminServer.

AdminServer does not have any customer applications. But the amount of increase memory on AdminServer depends on the number of managed servers.

This issue may cause OutOfMemoryError or many FullGC on AdminServer.
