WLST ServerDebug Mbean Ls() Does Not Return All Debug Flags Values (Doc ID 2634985.1)

Symptoms

WLST ServerDebug mbean ls() does not return all debug flags values.

The issue has been noticed while browsing WLS ServerDebug mbean using WLST.

ls() is not listing some debug flags like DebugBatchConnector or DebugCAT that are visible via WLS AdminConsole.

Get() operation returns the debug flag value.

This has been tested in WLS 12.1.3, WLS 12.2.1.3 and WLS 12.2.1.4 versions that have error correction support at the time this document is being created.
