Symptoms

 When running startNodeManager.sh -

<Fatal error in NodeManager server>
java.io.IOException: The server is unable to create a server socket for listening. The address localhost might be incorrect or another process is using port <PORT>: java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)

Changes

Added a new WLS domain for another OUD instance (on the same host as an existing WLS domain) where prior to adding the new WLS domain using WLST, a new DOMAIN_HOME environment variable was set.
