SOA Suite Purge Patching Clarification (Doc ID 2634989.1)

Goal

We are running SOA suite 12.2.1.0 and for performing the composite instance purging, we are referring to the document - SOA 12c Purge Bugs (Doc ID 2244270.1).

It's mentioned that all SOA 12c versions should have the below two patches:

Bug 23092584 - STRESS SOA InMemory -dlv_message and related tables have some rows, please advise to apply it
Bug 25379310 - Dangling Rows in DLV_MESSAGES, HEADER_PROPERTIES, XML_DOCUMENT after purge

We have applied the patch 23092584, but 25379310 is conflicting with 23092584. Is there any common/merge patch available for 12.2.1.0 version which brings both these fixes?
