Symptoms
When attempting to invoke FMW Infrastructure installer 12.2.1.4.0, it fails with the following error occurs.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed JDK 1.8.0_241
2. Set the JAVA_HOME and PATH in the environment variable
export JAVA_HOME=/<PATH_TO>/jdk/jdk1.8.0_241
export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH
3. Downloaded fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar
4. When attempting to invoke installer, it failed
java -jar /PATH_TO_SOFTWARE/fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar
