ODI 12c Agent Test Connection Failing with Error "503 Service Unavailable" (Doc ID 2635661.1)

Symptoms

When testing the Standalone Agent in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio, the below error occurs:

However, when trying to run a job with the Agent, the job runs fine. Only the test connection seems to fail. ODI Studio and the Agent are on different machines.
