EDQ: Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC Overhead Limit Exceeded (Doc ID 2635847.1)

Running a report over a small number of alerts but using an Extended Attribute with a wide distribution of values (Address) is resulting in high memory use and "GC overhead limit exceeded" errors.

For example:

29-Jan-2020 06:22:22.936 SEVERE [https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-168] oracle.adfinternal.controller.application.AdfcExceptionHandler.handleException ADFc: No exception handler was found for an application exception.
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
