Symptoms
Fusion Application Integration.
- On Premise SOA server
- Attempting to run GET_FILE requests
- Fails with Exeption:
- !csUnableToDownload,UCMFA00041309!csUserInsufficientAccess,soaservice
- Fails with Exeption:
- On same system a curl GET_FILE request similarly fails
- Use SoapUI on a different system, test the GET_FILE, PING_SERVER, or GET_SEARCH_RESULTS requests with the same user works as expected
- The request response showed all the assigned FA roles and accounts assigned to the soaservice user.
- On same system, logging into the UCM page as the soaservice user, the expected roles and accounts are listed in the user profile
- Log into that UCM as soaservice, the roles and accounts are not listed
- User gaining the required roles and accounts depend on which system the UCM is accessed from
