When trying to install WebLogic 12.2.1.4 on Windows operating system, after entering Oracle Home, below error is seen in OUI

INST-07545: Unexpected Error java.lang.NullPointerException

Install log file shows below errors:

Issue can be reproduced at will with the below step:

1. Set Temp Env varaible as

set TEMP=E:\Test User\Temp

set TMP=E:\Test User\Temp

2. Run the command

java -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_wls.jar

3. Error can be in step 3 after entering Oracle Home.
