Symptoms

Unable to submit Load Interface File for import ESS job

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the file to UCM for the given account
2. Navigate to schedule process
3. Schedule new process
4. Search for Load Interface File for import
5. Enter the parameters
6. Click on ok
