Provide and make aware of Microsoft Windows 2020 has new LDAP Channel Binding And LDAP Signing Requirements

Microsoft has announced that in their March updates they are going to push out a change to disable LDAP connections that do not use SSL or are not signed.

Is OAM capable of signing LDAP requests that use SSL?
