SSL Handshake Failed Error Using IIS 10.0.14393.0 as WebServer with WLS 12.2.1.3.0 (Doc ID 2638197.1)

Symptoms

When configuring IIS 10.0.14393.0 as WebServer to WLS 12.2.1.3 and configuring proxy plugin - the connection is working as expected with HTTP, but fails with below handshake error on switching to HTTPS:

Changes

 Switching from http to https.
