Symptoms
After migration from WLS 12.1.3 to WLS 12.2.1.3 facing an error in Weblogic. When using IIOP from a servlet to an EJB on the same server, the user specified in the servlet is not found by the EJB.
If the remote bean is running in a different managed server it returns the correct security principal.
In WLS 12.1.3 both cases return the correct security principal.
