On WebLogic 10.3.6, the WLS admin console app is breaking after entering the credentials.

Example:

This issue started happening at the end of January 2020, but unable to make a definite relationship.

No known change.

WebLogic was using different versions of JDK7 and WebLogic PSUs, so none of them is a critical factor for this issue.
