Symptoms

This issue encountered on WLS 12.2.1.3.0 version

This is an intermittent issue, where the identity console fails to load throwing the error "A problem occurred fetching a requested resource. See logs for more details".

A problem occurred fetching a requested resource to access the identity "oracle.iam.platformservice.api.PlatformService", the logs show the below error:

"Caused By: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: oracle.iam.platformservice.api.PlatformService_ott20t_PlatformServiceRemoteImpl_12213_WLStub.isSSOEnabledx(java.lang.String)" which refers to WebLogic method "WLStub.isSSOEnabledx".
