User Defined Attribute Not Appearing In The List For Role Member Assignment (Doc ID 2639340.1)

Goal

Need to create a role based on the value of a UDFD field "USR_UDF_DEPT_CODE" that we have added, however, it is not showing up in our main environment as a value so that we can key off for role membership. It is present in our test environment and the function is working fine. Want to know if there is something which is needed to trigger it to populate in the role membership attribute list.
