Unable To Connect To AdminServer Via Admin Console Or; Hung Thread References to ReportsToolsComponentManager (Doc ID 2639731.1)

Cannot login to Admin Console or use to connect to AdminServer using any administrator user. Attempting to connect hangs. This was working fine; however, after adding some managed servers and data sources, can no longer login to Admin Console after restart.

In looking at TOP output, the AdminServer process is using 100% CPU and never goes below 100% from the time the process is started until it has to be manually killed.

A thread dump of the process shows references to ReportsToolsComponentManager, as below:
