Starting in OIG 12.2.1.3, you can enable or disable the Scheduler on each individual OIM Managed Server by following Section 17.3.3 "Controlling Scheduler Start or Stop in a Clustered Environment".

However, even after following the steps in Section 17.3.3 you may still encounter the Scheduler is starting.
