Goal

When using the content UI, the link that is included for an image's web rendition is not correct in the email that's sent. It sets the Rendition parameter to Web-Viewable when it
should be set to Web. The links are correct in the UI, just not in the email the user receives.  The end users think the item isn't there when it actually is there.
