Symptoms
Attempting to upgrade from FMW 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.3
Have successfully run the ua to ugrade the components schemas and reconfig.sh to reconfigure the domain.
The problem arises when running the ua a second time to Upgrade Component Configurations. In this case, the Domain Component readiness check fails.
