Unable To Set Audit Level At Component level/Bpel property level & MBean level

Symptoms
Unable to change "Audit Level" settings for BPEL Service Engine Properties in SOA :
1. Login to EM via admin user.
2. Navigate to soa-infra -> SOA Administration --> Common Properties --> Audit Level was "Development" and then changed it to "Production" and click "Apply".
3. Then BPEL properties--> Audit Level from "Inherit" to "Minimal" and clicked "Apply".
4. Checked again and settings were not saved and they were back to their previous settings i.e Audit Level is "Development" and Audit Level is "Inherit".
And the below is seen in the log :
