Chghost Script Starts AdminServer 2 Times But Stops Only One (Doc ID 2640911.1)

chghost script starts AdminServer 2 times but stops only one.

So 2nd AdminServer is still up after finishing chghost script.

This issue is observed on a domain that have the following template on Windows platform.

- Basic WebLogic Server Domain

- Oracle Restricted JRF - 12.2.1.3.0 [oracle_common]

- WebLogic Coherence Cluster Extension - 12.2.1.3.0 [wlserver]
