OIM Webservice Connector: SOAP Request Error (Doc ID 2640935.1)

Symptoms

Customer wants to use Webservice Connector for provisioning users into a target system.

Provisioning didn't worked and in the log files a error related to client side policy was encountered:

The client side policy is:-
oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy.

This is the security policy used to authenticate the webservice client endpoint.

Client had the policy properly set into the IT Resource.
