Goal

In role screen, we have added a custom attribute and when this attribute is modified, all members of this role are evaluated (evaluate flag set to 1 in OIM database). So, we have at least 12000 users to evaluate which highly impacted OIM performances. In addition, this attribute is not impacting the membership of my role, so no need to reevaluate.
