Symptoms

When configuring OAM federation with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) where OAM is acting as the IDP with OCI acting as the SP the following error is returned when trying to configure an sp-attribute-profile with the parameters:

Message Attribute Name: https://auth.oraclecloud.com/saml/claims/groupName
Value: user * groups

When set, the above attribute name fails to generate a valid SAML response.
