Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) OAuth/ Multi-Data Center (MDC) - Custom Attributes Are Not Returned When The Access Token Is Created From Another Data Center (DC)
When an Authorization code is generated in DC1 (Primary) and exchange this code for an access token in DC2 (secondary), custom attributes (DYNAMIC attrib) are not included in access token. If request an access token from DC1, all attributes are returned.
If request an AuthZ code in DC2 (secondary) and in return exchange it for an access_token in DC1 or DC2, all attributes are included so the non working scenario is only when the qathorization code is generated on DC1 and the access token is requested in DC2
