ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Oracle ESSO extension for Google Chrome is not working on some machines

The Oracle ESSO web extension for Google Chrome is installed on some machines but the ESSO-LM agent fails to respond to web applications

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ESSO-LM agent responds to web applications in the Google Chrome web browser after installing the ESSO web extension.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Install the ESSO web extension in the Google Chrome web browser.
  2. Enter the URL for a web application defined for ESSO Logon Manager.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot access web applications with ESSO-LM in the Google Chrome web browser.
