ODI Agent Does Not Start after Changing IP Address (Doc ID 2643368.1)

Symptoms

After changing the IP address of the server, the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent does not start. The following message is displayed:

java.io.IOException: Cannot bind to URL [rmi://<OLD_IP_ADDRESS>>:<RMI_PORT>/odiagent]: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: <OLD_IP_ADDRESS>; nested exception is:
  java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out]
