Symptoms
Destructive loads are not working because of the SSH connection after the SSH ciphers are enabled and can see below error :
ERROR Could not instantiate configurator [org.apache.log4j.xml.DOMConfigurator].

SSHExec initialized successfully
SSHExec trying to connect oracle@omcsbdculgvigd.compute-589723466.oraclecloud.internal
Connect fails with the following exception: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Algorithm negotiation fail
