"Error in identity propagation" error when opening task (Doc ID 2643575.1)

Symptoms


After redeploying an ADF application,or even opening it for the first time after deployment, the task form fails to load with the following error:

"Error in identity propagation. The user identity is not propagated to service while workflow context or user name is null in the request."



In the logs there may be no errorr. Only the following messages may be noticed:
