ReadTimeout Values Are Not Taken Into Consideration In ESB 12c (Doc ID 2644495.1)

Goal

We have an issue where one of our webservice is causing STUCK threads on weblogic. This service is responsible to call many backends and we have a connection timeout and readtimeout set for each backend service at ESB biz service level. We would like to understand, why there are still stuck threads are getting created even when we have a read timeout set. This issue is happening especially whenever one of the backend is having high response time and we would expect service to get timedout instead of creating a STUCK threads.
