Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.4.0, unable to start managed server because of the below error. However, the error is related to application code.

NOTE: In some cases, after re-starting the Managed Server using NodeManager from WebLogic console, the Server state comes to "RUNNING" but still the same error can be seen in the Managed Server logs.
