Symptoms

On : APEX 19.2 version installed on an 18c Database, Administration

When attempting to apply patch p30392181_1920_GENERIC.zip
the following error occurs.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Download and unzip p30392181_1920_GENERIC.zip.
2. Change directory to the patch directory.
3. From Sql*Plus connect as sys and run the script catpatch.sql.
