GG V19 Not Capturing DB2 V12 Transaction

Symptoms
Our datasharing group ADD0 has 2 db2 members. ADD1 has been upgraade to DB2 v12 and ADD2 is still at DB2 v11.
We created batch job on ADD1 and ADD2 to insert rows into DEV.GG_HEARTBEAT table
We then do a logdump to search for transaction capture in the trail file pd000000040
Trail file pd000000040 should have transaction from both DB2 but we only see one.
