Error While Downloading files: !csUserInsufficientAccess,SYSADMIN (Doc ID 2647440.1)

Symptoms

Issue is with the load interface for ESS jobs , there are couple of child jobs

There is a piece of code - where it picks the document based on DocID and extracts file from UCM and stores

Wheneverit is downloading zip file there no file under the zip file and error is - child request failed

Error in the logs :
