On : APEX 18.2/19.2 version, Flows Builder
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even when Subscriptions is enabled for an Interactive Report (IR), when the report is ran the Subscriptions option does not display in the Actions Menu.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Subscription Options should display since it was enabled for this Report.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create an IR.
2. Access the Attributes of the Report.
3. Go down to ACTION Menu.
4. Enable the Subscription Option.
5. Run the page and access the Actions Menu.
6. Observe that Subscriptions is NOT presented as expected.
