Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On: Logon Manager

How to prevent ESSO from prompting users to enter a passphrase when authenticating to an OID repository with LDAP v2.

ESSO Logon Manager is configured to use a passphrase as the recovery method in the LDAP v2 authentication module when ESSO connects to an OID repository. Many of the users do not remember the passphrase answer and cannot authenticate to the repository without contacting the help desk.

The objective is to eliminate the passphrase prompt and allow users to authenticate without entering a passphrase answer.
