JFR Fills Up Repository's Directory With "__WLDF_debug_events" Recording (Doc ID 2647815.1)

Symptoms

The "__WLDF_debug_events" recording was found to be running, after checking the JFR recordings using the jcmd command as follows:

 (The default JFR repository's directory is /tmp/<YYYY_MM_DD_hh_mm_ss_PID>/. And it can be configured by the "repository" option by "-XX:FlightRecorderOptions".)
