OAM Coherence Cluster Fails with oam-server.ear Deployment Failure Throwing ClassCastException Even after the Coherence Cluster Started (Doc ID 2648628.1)

Symptoms

A customer has reported that in an OAM domain when two managed servers up and running, the user unable to login to oam-console with LB URL however when a single managed server is up and running user able to login oam-console with LB URL. However, the OAM coherence cluster issue solved that fixed the oam-console access but the web gate access failing due to oam-server deployment failures subsequently.
